Fixed the Checkstyle `VisibilityModifier` violations in commit 5bdebdf2f0:
- Updated test helper classes (`PluginConfigBean`, `Settings` in
`DefaultBeanConfiguratorTest`, and `TestMojo`, `TestSettings` in
`MavenBasicComponentConfiguratorTest`) to package-private field visibility.
- Added `@SuppressWarnings({"checkstyle:VisibilityModifier",
"VisibilityModifier"})` on the test helper classes.
- Verified all tests compile and pass cleanly.
