Three small client output fixes, one commit each: - Writing to the `-l` log file after it is closed is now ignored instead of failing the build with "Stream closed". - When no system terminal is available (headless CI), the client falls back to a dumb terminal without jline's "Unable to create a system terminal" warning. Not reproduced locally; the change relies on jline logging that warning only when the dumb fallback is not explicitly allowed. - `mvnd --help` lists the interactive keys (`+`, `-`, Ctrl-B, Ctrl-L, Ctrl-M).
