Five client fixes, one commit each: - An explicit `false` for a switch option (`-Dmvnd.serial=false`, `--serial=false`) now turns it off; it used to turn it on. - Empty and blank arguments are dropped, as Maven does, so `mvnd clean ""` from PowerShell no longer treats `""` as a goal. - `-b`/`--builder` and `-T`/`--threads` set in `.mvn/maven.config` are no longer overridden by mvnd's defaults. A value on the command line still wins, and the default is added only when neither sets one. As a result a `-T`/`-b` in `maven.config` now also takes precedence over `mvnd.threads`/`mvnd.builder` in `mvnd.properties`. - Log purging skips `daemon-<id>.log` and `daemon-<id>.out.log` of daemons still in the registry, whose files are open (deleting them fails on Windows). `.mvn/maven.config` is split on whitespace without quote handling, which is enough to find `-T` and `-b`.
