After the branch swap (apache/maven-sources#57) the Release Drafter workflow was still triggered by `push` to `maven-compiler-plugin-3.x`, which no longer exists, so it did not run on master. After merge, the workflow can be run manually on master (Actions → Release Drafter → Run workflow) to update the release draft.
