The managed `junit:junit` 4.13.2 is unused. `maven-scm-provider-gittest` still brought JUnit 4 and hamcrest-core into wagon-scm, where surefire then adds the vintage engine; the tests use only `GitScmTestUtils.setDefaultGitConfig`, so both are excluded. wagon-3.x has the same unused management and is not changed here.
