FTR: the Git tag is `<artifactId>-<version>` (far before ATR existed)

`<ATR project key>` has been defined as the Git repository id, which is a
reasonable convention nowadays that we're Git centric. In the past, with svn,
we did not have the `maven-*` strict convention, and we don't have a strict
match convention between Git repository id and source-release artifactId

on the solutions to manage this flexibility: clearly not 2, but 1 or 3

I like option 3, as it greatly documents the mapping in
`content/filtered-resources/.htaccess`
