The guide now carries Wagon's rewritten HTTP configuration reference, which matches Wagon 3.5.3, the version Maven 3.9 and 3.10 ship. Four behaviours that Wagon master has since changed are marked as 3.5.3. The `Accept-Encoding` default header and the `%b,` value syntax are gone from the old text, because the code has neither.
