Backport of #13767 without mng-8750, which maven-4.0.x does not have: the core-it-suite fixtures whose tests the ITs run (mng-4660, mng-5760, mng-6071, mng-6720, mng-6754) move to `junit-jupiter` 5.14.4, and the plexus-component-api IT plugin drops an unused JUnit 4 dependency. Verified: the mng-6071 and mng-5760 four-modules fixtures run their tests under Jupiter with the same counts as before Part of #13766 -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
