Replaces the Tango edit icon (a 14×14 PNG that blurs on high-density screens) with `images/edit.svg`, a drawn pencil under the Apache License, and drops `window-new.png` with the `a.newWindow` rule that used it: nothing emits that class since MSKINS-262. Partly addresses #150. Published sites keep their own copies of the old files; only new renders change. Two places asserted or showed the old icon and are updated separately: apache/maven-site-plugin#1342 (the `editable-pages` ITs, which should merge before maven-site-plugin moves to a Fluido release with this change) and apache/maven-site#1769 (`scm.md`). The Tango entry stays in `LICENSE`: the remaining report icons came in the same 2011 import, and Tango is public domain. Part of #355.
