URL: https://github.com/apache/maven-surefire/issues/3564

The Surefire and Failsafe reports reference `images/icon_success_sml.gif`,
`images/icon_error_sml.gif` and `images/icon_warning_sml.gif`
(`SurefireReportRenderer.sinkIcon`), but maven-surefire-report-plugin does not
ship them. They show up only because the site skin happens to carry files with
those names. With a skin that does not, every test result icon renders as a
broken image; and the 16×16 GIFs blur on high-density displays.

maven-project-info-reports-plugin ships its own images and copies them into
the site output (`DependenciesReport.copyResources()`, driven by
`resources/resources.txt`). The report plugin could do the same with three
small SVG icons under new names (for example `images/icon-success.svg`,
`icon-error.svg`, `icon-warning.svg`) and reference those instead.
