Same change as #1788, for the diagram on `repository/index.html`: on a phone the image shrinks but the `<area>` hotspots keep their full-size coordinates, so taps land on the wrong parts of it. The diagram stays, and the pages it linked to are now a list under it. Three hotspots pointed at pages that are gone. The OSSRH guide now redirects to Sonatype's OSSRH end-of-life page, so the list links to the Central Portal publishing guide instead.
