The team report renders each avatar as an `<img>` without `alt`, so screen readers announce the image file name for every member; maven.apache.org's `team.html` has 91 of them. The member's name is in the same row, so the picture is decorative and gets `alt=""`. Verified: `TeamReportTest` fails without the change and passes with it; Doxia 2.0.0 (maven-site-plugin 3.21 and 3.22) and 2.2.0 both write `alt=""` for an empty attribute. -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
