Replaces Bootstrap 2.3.2 and jQuery 1.11 with Bootstrap 5.3.8 (stylesheet and script bundle, vendored), in two commits: 1. **Bootstrap 5.3.** Bootstrap's navbar, dropdowns and an offcanvas side menu opened by a hamburger on narrow screens; content first and full width below 992 px; wide tables in a focusable scroll box, stacked as cards on phones; in parameter tables the type and since version show under the name; the version at the right of the breadcrumbs bar and an Edit icon at the top of the menu; dark-mode variants for `...-light-theme...` banner images. The menus need JavaScript; the content reads without it. 2. **Theme switch.** One icon button cycles Light, Dark and Auto through Bootstrap's colour modes; pages stay light by default. `darkThemeEnabled` makes Auto the default, `themeSwitch` set to `false` removes the button. Fluido 2 class names (`well`, `nav-list`, `divider`, `pull-left`, `pull-right`, `span2`) are no longer written, so a project `site.css` that styles them needs updating. Every page URL and content anchor stays as before. Please merge with **Rebase and merge** to keep the two commits.
