Site descriptor 2.2.0 adds two attributes on `<body>`, `combine.links` and
`combine.breadcrumbs`, both `merge` by default. With `override`, a child uses
only its own links or breadcrumbs; for breadcrumbs the generated entry for the
child project is skipped too, so an empty list stays empty.

<breadcrumbs>
<item name="My project" href="https://example.com/"/>
</breadcrumbs>
</body>
```
`<site combine.self="override">` already drops the whole parent descriptor.
Modello cannot put attributes on the `<links>` or `<breadcrumbs>` wrapper
elements, so the switches sit on `<body>`. Other parent elements, such as
`bannerLeft`, are out of scope.
The model version moves to 2.2.0 (`ModelNamespace.SITE_MODEL_VERSION`
follows), and descriptors in 2.1.0 and older read as before. `site-2.2.0.xsd`
goes to maven-site after the release, as `site-2.1.0.xsd` did.
