Merges "Doxia APT Enhancements" (`doxia/references/doxia-apt.html`) into "The APT format" as its last section, so the format Doxia supports is described on one page (MNGSITE-403, filed as apache/maven-doxia-site#55, which is archived). The `[Change]` markers and the other links now point inside the page. - `doxia-apt.html` redirects permanently to `apt-format.html` (`content/resources/doxia/.htaccess`). The enhancement sections keep their explicit anchor ids, and browsers keep the `#fragment` across a redirect, so links such as `doxia-apt.html#Anchors_for_section_titles` still land on the right section. - The menu entry "Doxia Apt Enhancements" stays and points to the new section. This does not rewrite the format description to fold each enhancement into its section; the page still describes the original format first and Doxia's differences after it.
