I've updated the implementation based on the review feedback. - Replaced the mutable `ArrayList` collections with eagerly initialized `CopyOnWriteArrayList` instances. - Removed synchronization from the collection access methods. - Made the getter results unmodifiable to prevent external modification of internal state. - Added concurrent addition and iteration tests for both exceptions and dependency cycles. **Testing:** `mvn -pl maven-resolver-api test` — 96 tests passed, 0 failures, 0 errors.
