PR #13832 now includes a native `System.LoggerFinder` implementation that
routes `java.lang.System.Logger` calls through Maven's unified logging API,
replacing the previous `slf4j-jdk-platform-logging` bridge.
The implementation adds a new `maven-logging-system` module containing
`MavenLoggerFinder` and `MavenSystemLogger`. Both `maven-api-log` (the logging
API) and `maven-logging-system` are placed in `${maven.home}/boot/` on the
system classpath, so the JDK discovers the `LoggerFinder` via `ServiceLoader`
at JVM startup — before classworlds even loads.
A `BufferingLoggerManager` ensures that any `System.Logger` messages emitted
during early bootstrap (before Maven's real logging is initialized) are
buffered and automatically drained once the full logging infrastructure is
ready.
