iText 2.1.0 broken bundle

When I posted the initial upload request for iText 2.1.0:

I wasn't aware that there were 2 problems:
- iText uses BouncyCastle jars version 138 and the most recent BC version in
maven is 136

- worse: apparently the iText.jar was overwritten by the iText-RUPS.jar
when making the bundle.
More and more people are mailing me because of these problems,
so I've made new jars and bundles here: http://itext.ugent.be/library/maven/
