move content from old commons-test/commons/test-0.1/ to new location

the artifactID was corrected, but the content (=the jars) were not moved.
This is the OLD location:
(currently has: pom with jar and meta-data)

The NEW location:
(currently has: just has the pom)
http://repo1.maven.org/maven2/commons-test/commons-test/0.1/
