Maven 2.0.6 tag doesn't build properly anymore

The uberjar wasn't generated when building. Tried bootstrapping and normal
build (using a maven 2.0.6 install).
I've had to patch the maven-core pom and specify the shade version to get it to
work again. I've used version 0.4 (which was also used in maven 2.0.7)
