The EclipseWtpFacetsWriter currently adds the WebSphere runtime and facets for
EAR projects only. The attached patch correctly emits the IBM facets for all
project types. (The WebSphere support could probably be factored out into
separate extensions similar to the rad mojo/writers for RAD 6.0. This patch,
however, just tweaks the existing logic.)
