The id of the local repo as used by the Maven core is not configurable. The
currently existing mojo parameter {{locaRepositoryId}} enables users to specify
the wrong id which would cause troubles when Maven tries to resolve the
maven-metadata.xml from the local repo. In other words, the usage of the
parameter is both error-prone and unnecessary.
