I opened this upload request and prepared the packages by executing 'ant -f
ant/build.xml maven-bundle' , but I didn't look closer into the POM files.
The problem you described was just recently reported as a bug and discussed at
http://sourceforge.net/tracker/?func=detail&atid=115494&aid=2699880&group_id=15494
Hopefully this will be fixed with the next release of JFreeChart.
