Summary: Provide reason for deprecation and suggest replacement (was:

If *all* of the goals are showing deprecated, it's probably a bug in the help
plugin.
They aren't all deprecated when I run it, so I'm moving this to Archetype to
- provide reason for deprecation
- suggest a replacement goal to use if possible
