On further research, I believe this archive currently meets all the
requirements outlined here:
http://maven.apache.org/maven-1.x/reference/repository-upload.html
This is a Maven 1.x project.xml based upload, not a Maven 2.x pom.xml.
At least one of the dependent projects--jaxen--is Maven 1.x only. Please verify
this upload against the maven 1.x requirements and upload it to the maven 1.x
repository.
I'll consider adding a maven 2 version for a future release. Thanks.
