Had a quick look at the M1 project of XOM
+) it does not compile (at least JUnit and Servlet API is missing)
+) there might be a cyclic dependency - XOM uses Jaxen (JaxenConnector.java
can't resolve JaxenException) and XOM is listed as dependency for JAXEN
+) in general XOM should adhere to the M2 directory layout
Having said that I can help with M2 setup for JAXEN and XOM if needed ...
