Since 1.1, Doxia's AbstractXmlParser is validating input docs by default, but
this option is not configurable from outside, see MSITE-474, at least I don't
see a way to do it without some major API change. I therefore propose to let
the SiteRenderer do the validation, where it can be configured by the site
plugin.
