Actually I see the issue better now. For scope ExcludesArtifactFilter is used
and for individual artifacts ExcludesArtifactFilter is used so it seems either
a new method needs to be created or ExcludesArtifactFilter changed to
IncludesArtifactFilter and filterArtifacts() to reflect that.
