I'd like to use some JUnit4-features, especially for the {{ReleasePhase}}
tests, but these now extend {{PlexusTestCase}}.
PLX-446 still hasn't been implemented and we're still on a pretty old version
of the plexus-container.
So there are several steps which have to be taken. Depending on the order, I'll
attach a {{PlexusJUnit4TestCase}} class, which should make it a bit easier to
move to JUnit4.
