Currently the doxia-book-renderer has a built-in assumption that the <section>s
identified in a Book Descriptor identify a corresponding file containing the
content for that section; that is, one file contains the content for one
section of a book.
This patch[0] allows section identifiers in the Book Descriptor to address
individual sections in a BookFile. Would the Doxia community consider this
addition to the main codebase? If so, I can create a patch and attach it to
this issue.
