When the pom.xml for an JEE 6 EAR project contains plugin configuration entries
for both defaultLibBundleDir and env-entries, the resulting elements in
application.xml are out-of-sequence per specification. The generated order is
env-entry - library-directory. This should be reversed.
Attached are two files: the sample pom.xml and resulting application.xml.
