Thanks for the report and the sample! :)

Fixed with commit 50912ac6f0dae8d9dec0a7c7638f24addc7336b7, extended the 
integration tests.

Please give 2.16-SNAPSHOT a spin as soon as the artefacts are promoted (give it 
at least 5 hours).
