When running a JUnit test whose execution takes long time, one can notice that
surefire as of 2.16 no longer reports which test has started running as soon as
it starts running; only when that test execution completes both "Running ..."
and "Tests run ..." now get printed on console at the same time even though a
test execution took considerable time. Because of this one no longer can by
looking at console log see which tests were running in parallel.
