Long time user, first time contributor here :). I'd like to add a user property
to specify runOrder from the command line, which seems to be a pretty trivial
change to [this
line|https://github.com/apache/maven-surefire/blob/master/maven-surefire-common/src/main/java/org/apache/maven/plugin/surefire/AbstractSurefireMojo.java#L685].
Is it best to submit a pull request or just put up a patch on this issue? And
is there anything else necessary to include besides the one-line change?
