Hi
i amended forkCount to 1 and will evaluate the build.
Meanwhile some additional info from me:
* build is actually run on hotspot 7u65
* junit.jar last modfied is 26-Aug
* i evaluated -XX:+AlwaysLockClassLoader - no positive evidence
To make picture full - we also have strange failures on compile/testCompile
phases, like:

Assuming some generic classloading issue, surefire should obviously should hit
that as an component which loads classes a lot. So maybe Surefire is impacted
rather than cause.
