Thanks for taking this one on, Ian. I have given you contributor status here in
JIRA so you can assign tickets to yourself.
Seems the problem is located within the Mesos binaries when it comes to summing
up the user- and system-specific CPU usage values. The fact that we
additionally provide a total CPU usage value which not affected by that bug is
somewhat lucky but also appears to be a bit superfluous.
I am not convinced that we should fix the problem in the frontend but rather
within the mesos core itself. Have spoken to my coworker [~nfnt] and I believe
he will describe the problem in a new JIRA issue.
