Just some small corrections: The problem is not located within the Mesos
binaries but how the Javascript code of the UI calculates the CPU usage values
from the data provided by the Mesos backend. The way values are accumulated is
wrong for the user and system usage, but not for the total usage. Therefore the
RR will fix this bug. MESOS-4280 would address the bigger picture on how to
calculate these values and would fix the bug en passant.
