In order to solve the external site reference noted by ASF, I am proposing that we remove the "live" Medium blog integration that we currently have on our website to just linking to it. From the [main page](https://mxnet.apache.org/versions/1.9.1/) we will remove the "Latest News" section. We will also remove the "Blog" page (and top-nav link) from the site. We will link to our Medium site at the bottom of the page footer, just like we link to our Github, Youtube and Twitter pages.
