In order to solve the external site reference noted by ASF, I am
proposing that we remove the "live" Medium blog integration that we currently
have on our website to just linking to it. From the [main
page](https://mxnet.apache.org/versions/1.9.1/) we will remove the "Latest
News" section. We will also remove the "Blog" page (and top-nav link) from the
site. We will link to our Medium site at the bottom of the page footer, just
like we link to our Github, Youtube and Twitter pages.
Are there any objections to this approach?
