The `Setup Docker` step [throws an exception](https://github.com/apache/nifi/actions/runs/37531464563/job/112501609351#step:16:11) with the `Scan inject rejected` message . I found a [similar problem](https://github.com/apache/nifi/actions/runs/37499543870/job/112392912678#step:9:24680) where a Maven scan fails. The error message there states that the Develocity access key has expired ([another evidence](https://github.com/apache/nifi/actions/runs/37531464563/job/112501609351#step:6:26)). Can you please help me resolve this? Thanks for highlighting this issue, it sounds like an issue to take up with the Apache Infrastructure team that manages the access key.
