   # Summary

   [NIFI-16427](https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/NIFI-16427)

Moving schema definition clean up from a Protobuf compiler into Protobuf
reader/writer classes, as schemas passed into `MessageNameResolver` should be
sanitized as well.

Custom option removal logic wasn't changed.

In order to avoid schema parsing and clean up on every message, sanitized
schemas are cached.
Cache settings are identical to the ones in the compiler. With the expected
size of 5-10 kB for a large proto schema, 200 cached schemas will additionally
occupy up to 2 MB.

The changes were verified end to end, with a real `ConsumeKafka` processor
and `StandardProtobufReader`, `ConfluentProtobufMessageNameResolver` controller
services.
