Description:
Running Intellij
Analyze -> Run Inspection by Name -> Redundant 'File' instance creation
indicates there are 2 places in the code where there are unnecessary
instantiations of java.io.File objects.
The purpose of this ticket is to remove these unnecessary instantiations.

indicates there are over 100 places in the code where the arguments for
assertEqual are not in the correct order.
The purpose of this ticket is to correct the arguments order.
