Description:
Running Intellij
Analyze -> Run Inspection by Name -> Redundant 'File' instance creation
indicates there are 2 places in the code where there are unnecessary
instantiations of java.io.File objects.
The purpose of this ticket is to remove those unnecessary instantiations.
