Remove the {{jwnl}} module and its extJWNL and WordNet 3.1 data dependencies
from opennlp-addons. It holds a single WordNet-based English lemmatizer.
*Replacement:* {{LemmatizerME}} with the {{opennlp-models-lemmatizer-en}} UD
model, or {{DictionaryLemmatizer}}. Both are also usable through
{{LemmatizerAnnotator}} in the document pipeline. The removed lemmatizer only
understands Penn Treebank tags: with our UD models it looks up {{ADJ}} as an
adverb, and {{lemmatize(List, List)}} throws {{UnsupportedOperationException}}.
