Description:
Remove the {{geoentitylinker}} module from opennlp-addons. It links place names
to a Lucene index of GeoNames and USGS data that users have to build themselves.
*Replacement:* the gazetteer and geocoder add-on from OPENNLP-1879, which moved
to opennlp-addons after apache/opennlp#1154 was closed. It bundles
public-domain Natural Earth data, has no third-party dependencies, and tests
the bundled data row by row. The removed module has no tests and depends on
end-of-life Lucene 8.11.4, a renamed Lucene artifact and
{{com.spatial4j:spatial4j:0.5}}.
