{{BaseModel}}, {{BaseToolFactory}} and the component factories
\({{TokenizerFactory}}, {{SentenceDetectorFactory}}, {{POSTaggerFactory}},
{{ChunkerFactory}}, {{LemmatizerFactory}}, {{DoccatFactory}},
{{LanguageDetectorFactory}}, {{TokenNameFinderFactory}}\) instantiate the
factory and artifact serializer classes named in a model manifest.
Sketch:
\* Factory and serializer providers, registered by name.
\* Reading a manifest accepts a provider name or a class name.
\* Writing keeps class names, so models trained with this version still load in
older versions. Switching to names is a separate decision.
\* Parser head rules serializer in {{ParserTrainerTool}}.
