Remaining {{ExtensionLoader}} call sites that take a class name from training
parameters or properties: {{DataIndexerFactory}}, {{TokenNameFinderFactory}}
\(sequence codec\), {{StringInterners}}, {{DoccatFactory}} and the doccat
trainer tools \(feature generators\), {{EntityLinkerFactory}},
{{SentimentFactory}} \(tokenizer\).
Sketch:
\* One SPI sub\-interface per service interface, built\-in implementations
registered by name, class name kept as fallback.
\* {{StringInterners}} holds its interner in a static field. Rework it so a
provider from a web application class loader is not kept by a shared OpenNLP
jar.
