Description: In the sidebar there are no controls for drawing object position
Steps to Reproduce:
1) New a writer document.
2) Insert a text box.
3) Open "position and size dialog"
Actual Result: In the "Position and size" tab there is no "Fit height to text"
control.
Expected Result:"Fit height to text" control in "Position and size" tab of
"position and size" dialog.
