Thanks. Yes - sorry for any lack of clarity. Fear that most users will never get that far. (It was unknown to me until today). The suggestion is that when you hit Toolbars - Customise - Toolbars - Add every Command has a true icon in the left hand column, which would be what you get if you hit 'add'. At present, if there is not one and the left hand column is empty, you get the alphabetic label such as 'Preview in Web Browser' or 'Autopilot: Address Data Source'.
