I don't think that this request is toolbar related. Probably there is no icon
at all for lots of commands what also will be missing in Menu Pulldwons.
The problem is that it will not be useful to have tons of not-distinguishable
icons.
We already have some Bug reports to add existing icons and additional ones to
create icons. So let's take this one as a Task Meta Bug.
To add a related Bug please cite complete Summary of that Bug report and add
bug ID to "Depends on" field
